By booking an appointment or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All consultations are provided for general medical guidance only.
Appointment will be confirmed only after successful payment.
Patients must join or visit at the scheduled time.
Delay of more than 10 minutes may be considered a missed appointment.
This service is not for medical emergencies. In case of emergency, visit the nearest hospital.
Treatment results may vary from person to person.
Privacy Policy
At Dr R Grover Clinic, we respect your privacy.
By using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We collect basic information such as name, phone number, email, and health details shared during consultation.
Patient information is kept strictly confidential.
Data is used only for consultation, follow-up, and communication.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card or banking details.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancelled at least 4 hours before scheduled time: Eligible for rescheduling.
Same-day cancellation or missed appointment: No refund.
If payment is deducted but appointment is not confirmed, refund will be processed.
If consultation cannot be provided due to technical or clinic issues, it will be rescheduled.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
